How do I get back on track?

With a sports nutritionist, you will be able to:

- Get back on track with your nutritional goals and overall needs

- Re-assess what made you get off track

- Understand what your new goals are and create a effective plan based on your goals

Accommodate your dietary restrictions and allergies

- 3 Follow up virtual or in person meetings to discus your progress throughout 

- 30 Minute Massage ( can substitute for additional week on the food plan )

- Direct support accessibility by email or zoom call
