Individual Athletes 

The overall goal for the individual nutrition plan is to improve functional well-being and maintain a healthy gut to reach sports requirements. The athlete pre, inter and post nutrition plan should experience:

- Increase in energy levels 

-Improved REM and sleeping patterns 

- Improve your ability to fight off illness

- Improve your ability to recovery  (dependent of health history)

- Improve your overall well-being 

- Maintain good body weight and fat percentage based on sport
