Lindsay James, RMT, SCM, PTS, CSN, KT Specialist has spent over a decade mastering her craft—blending science, sport, and holistic care into a powerful, results-driven practice. A proud Georgian College alumna in Massage Therapy, Lindsay is more than just a therapist; she’s a trailblazer in the world of performance and recovery.

Her relentless drive for growth has taken her across the globe with Team Canada, supporting elite athletes at major events including the Lifesaving World Championships, World Juniors, Pan Am Games, KOOP Cup, SWATCH Tour, and Orillia Games. She’s worked with some of the top names in the NHL, NFL, and NBA. Among her many accolades, it’s the Premier’s Award—honoring exceptional contributions in her field—that she holds dearest.

Six years ago, Lindsay turned her passion into purpose by founding Kneading Balance Services, a company dedicated to innovative care and personalized wellness. She also launched “Lattes with Lindsay,” an educational podcast that pulls back the curtain on what health and wellness professionals really do, helping listeners better understand the power of integrative care.

Never one to stand still, Lindsay recently co-founded Ignite Connections with her decade-long friend and fellow visionary, Avalon McCoy. Born from a shared passion for community and collaboration, Ignite Connections is a dynamic platform designed to bring businesses together—uniting industries, sparking meaningful partnerships, and creating opportunities for shared growth and innovation.

From deep tissue therapy and post-op care to prenatal treatments and sports performance, Lindsay’s expertise is both vast and impactful. She’s a mentor, educator, entrepreneur, and relentless advocate for personal and professional evolution.
