What is FITCAMP?

​

FITCAMP is a group outdoor workout class instructed by a Personal Trainer. This three day a week class will help you lose, tone or build muscle for the up-coming summer months in the sun!

What is included in the registration fee?

​

  • Full Assessment (Gait,Weight, Measurements, BMI & Fat Percentage) before and after the 4 weeks!

  • All equipment provided for the classes

  • High Energy & Motivating Instructor 

  • Take home suggestions for specific personal goals 

  • Lots of  new friends and workouts for the future!

    What level of workouts are involved in this camp?

​

All Levels! This camp is designed for all ages and sizes! The goal is to do the movements to your greatest capabilities with modifications to every move!
